Relating to amending a certain Section of the General Laws of the 43rd Legislature; the manufacture and sale of beer in Texas so as to make it unlawful for any manufacturer or distributor of beer, directly or indirectly or through a subsidiary or affiliate, and agent or employee, or by any officer, director or firm member, to own any interest upon or under which beer is sold for consumption on the premises.
