Relating to providing that the tax assessor-collector shall require applicants for licenses for motor vehicles to exhibit a receipt showing that the ad valorem taxes have been paid on such motor vehicles; providing penalty for failure to exhibit said receipt in the form of an additional tax; providing penalty for making false statement by applicant; providing penalty for failure of tax assessor-collector to comply with the terms of this Act.
