SB 433, 44th R.S.
Relating to providing that any member of the State Highway Patrol of the State of Texas is authorized to arrest without warrant any person committing a violation of any of the motor bus, motor truck, highway or registration laws and that any member of the State Highway Patrol shall have authority to weigh a loaded vehicle or any empty vehicle that he has reasons to believe is not properly registered.
