SB 340, 44th R.S.
Relating to providing that where the guardian is joint owner with the minor in the land to be partitioned, a commission of three disinterested freeholder-citizens of the county wherein the property is located, shall be appointed by the court to examine the lands to be partitioned and make said partition according to the law as in other partition proceedings provided.
