HB 953, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Section of the General Laws of the 42nd Legislature (R.S.); leasing of minerals in lands owned by the State within tidewater limits and public school lands, so as to except from the operation of said statute that portion of the Gulf of Mexico within the jurisdiction of Texas and to provide for the voluntary surrender and cancellation of lease heretofore issued on such excepted area and to authorize a refund of moneys paid to the State on such surrendered leases.
