HB 858, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing that any insurance money payable under a policy or policies issued under said statute shall be applied as far as necessary to cancel any debt against the assured held by the beneficiary or growing out of any transaction between assured and the beneficiary, provided the beneficiary is reimbursed for all premiums paid.
