Relating to amending a certain Section of the Acts of the 42nd Legislature (R.S.); permitting the court to set apart to the widow or children of decedents the exempt property, or property appropriated to make up allowances made in lieu of exempt property or for the support of the widow or children, after discharge of the liens or encumbrances thereon, or subject to such liens or encumbrances.
