HB 825, 44th R.S.
Relating to providing for a tax of ten percent (10%) of the wholesale value of intoxicating liquors; providing that failure to keep record or exhibit them for inspection shall be punishable as a misdemeanor; providing that unauthorized manufacture, possession or sale of stamps shall be punishable as a felony and prescribing the punishment; providing that the sale or possession of liquor not properly stamped shall be punished as a felony and prescribing the punishment.
