HB 748, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing that governing bodies of any county, city, town, or trustees of any independent school district or school community shall invest their respective sinking fund for the redemption and payment of the outstanding bonds of such city, town, or community in bonds issued by such county, city, town, school district, or community maintaining such sinking fund.
