Relating to amending a certain Section of the Acts of the 42nd Legislature; relating to levying a tax on natural gas, so as to change the tax provided for therein from a percentage levy to a specific tax per volume of gas, and by adding another section requiring the installation of meters at the State line to gauge the quantity of gas imported into the State, providing a penalty for failure to install meters.
