HB 56, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain article of the Code of Criminal Procedure; providing that if upon the trial of a persons in this State for a criminal accusation, which includes within it lesser offenses, he be convicted of an offense lower than that for which he is indicted, and a new trial be granted him, or the judgment be arrested for any cause other than the want of jurisdiction, he shall be tried for all the offenses charged in the indictment as in the first instance.
