HB 458, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Section of the Acts of the 43rd Legislature (R.S.); broadening the scope of certain Act relating to the licensing of life, health and accident insurance agents so as to provide for and require that agents for Statewide mutual assessment life insurance companies, Statewide mutual assessment health and accident insurance companies, local mutual aid associations, and fraternal benefit societies shall become subject to said Act and be licensed by the Insurance Department of the State of Texas; subjecting such agents to the same requirements and penalties applicable to other life, health, and accident agents.
