HB 448, 44th R.S.
Relating to prohibiting the use of an autopsy or autopsy finding or testimony of physician making such autopsy in evidence in a civil suit unless it is shown that the nearest surviving relative or surviving spouse of the deceased has first given his consent for the performance of such autopsy, and a physician of his own choice is present and/or assisted in making such autopsy.
