HB 395, 44th R.S.
Relating to providing for and regulating the time of filing briefs in cases in which an appeal or writ of error has been perfected, and providing that the appellant shall have thirty days after the notice of the submission of a case in the Court of Civil Appeals in which to file his brief in the Court of Civil Appeals, and providing that upon such filing the clerk of the Court of Civil Appeals shall give notice to appellee or defendant in error, or his attorney of record, of such filing, and providing that the appellee shall file his brief five days prior to the date set for submission.
