Relating to defining advisory rating corporation and/or insurance counselor, providing for the obtaining of license, contents of applications, examination of insurance counselor, fees to be paid and renewals, prohibiting certain persons from holding same, and from obtaining fee from unlawful company, providing for misrepresentations, expiration and revocation of certificate of authority, notice, appeal, from order, exempted and providing penalty.
