Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing for the deposit of securities, or the payment of taxes, fines, penalties, certificates of authority, valuation of policies, licenses, fees or any other special burden by an insurance corporation, fraternal beneficiary society or reciprocal exchange organized in a State, the laws of which require similar companies organized under the laws of the State of Texas and transacting business in said State.
