Relating to providing that every motor bus and every omnibus for the carrying of passengers for hire, except taxicabs, and every commercial motor vehicle having a carrying capacity of two tons or over shall be equipped with flares conforming to certain requirements; and making the failure to carry the same a misdemeanor.
