Relating to providing for an appropriation to pay the necessary expenses incurred by the previous passage of the resolution passed at this Special Session whereby the Secretary of State was instructed to dispose of or burn the unnecessary voluminous records that have been accumulated from time to time within the Department of the Secretary of State.
