Relating to providing that the annual license fee for the registration of a motorcycle shall be Five Dollars ($5.00) and for each side car Three Dollars ($3.00); providing the license fee for the registration of passenger cars shall be based upon the weight of the vehicle; providing that this Act shall take effect and be in force from and after December 31, 1934.
