Relating to amending certain statutes relating to anti-trust laws so as to provide for and authorize an additional defense in all suits, actions or prosecutions under said statutes; and providing for the additional remedy of injunction by the State for violations of the provisions of such statutes in addition to all other penalties now provided by law.
