HB 49, 43rd 1st C.S.
Relating to the appointment of election judges and clerks in election precincts where there are one hundred citizens, or more, who have paid their poll tax or received their certificates of exemption; providing that the prescribed judge appointed shall in all cases belong to the party that at the last general election cast the largest vote for Governor throughout the State.
