Relating to amending certain statute providing for the appointment and qualification of non-resident guardians of the estates of non-resident wards, in the State of Texas, and prescribing the procedure in such cases, so as to extend the provisions thereof to all classes and kinds of guardianships of estates of wards whether such guardianships are authorized in this State or not.
