Relating to providing for unofficial but complete returns in addition to official returns as provided by law; defining further the duties of election officers, of the chairman of the state, district and county executive committees of political parties, of the county clerks and of the Secretary of State; providing penalties for violation of this Act and remedies for its enforcement.
