SB 308, 43rd R.S.
Relating to permitting a transfer of any claim held by the State of Texas or any county, municipality or taxing district thereof, and directing the issuing of a certificate evidencing such transfer, and giving to the owner or holder thereof the same priority of lien and remedies for enforcing said tax claim as where held by the State of Texas or any county, municipality or taxing district thereof prior to such transfer.
