SB 252, 43rd R.S.
Relating to requiring moving picture machines or projectors operating in this state to be provided with equipment to be approved by the State Fire Insurance Commissioner of Texas and the Underwriters Laboratories of the National Board of Fire Underwriters, affording the utmost possible means of automatically and instantly preventing fires resulting from the explosion or igntion of motion picture films, and such equipment shall be constantly maintainedi n an efficient working condition; providing a penalty for the violation of this Act.
