SB 243, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that vocational education shall be a part of the public school system of Texas, and that it shall be the duty of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction to act as the administrative officer of all vocational education taught in the public schools in the State of Texas, and making it the duty of said administrative officert to appoint or empoy such employees in the administration of vocational education as may be needed or necessary and as may be provided for by law.
