Relating to amending certain statute relating to the purposes for which private corporations may be formed; prohibiting a corporation, joint-stock association, and association of persons engaged in the production or refining of crude petroleum from owning stock or other interest in common carrier pipelines or pipeline companies, and fixing a time for comforming to the provisions of this Act.
