SB 218, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that corporations may be created for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating radio broadcasting equipment and stations, and the charters of any corporations organized under the laws of the State of Texas now operating broadcasting equipment and stations in Texas may be amended to include the construction, maintenance and operation of radio broadcasting equipment and stations.
