SB 158, 43rd R.S.
Relating to reducing the amount appropriated by the Regular Session of the 42nd Legislature in 1931, for hte payment of salaries of officers and employees of this State other than such salaries the amount of which is fixed by the Constitution, and more than 1,800 dollars per year; prohibiting the Comptroller from paying in excess of the amount fixed herein.
