HB 946, 43rd R.S.
Relating to releasing interest and penalties on all delinquent ad valorem taxes due any city, town, or village, or independent school district, if said taxes are paid before the fifteenth day of September, 1933, and the governing body finds that unusual or excessive default has occurred in the payment of taxes, and that an extension of time will promote and accelerate collection thereof; suspending all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith during the term this Act is in force.
