Relating to regulating the collection and disposition of fees of office for each county officer and precinct officer in counties having more than seven thousand, six hundred and fifty (7,650) inhabitants, and less than seven thousand, six hundred and seventy-five (7,675) inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census, receiving fees of office for his services.
