HB 768, 43rd R.S.
Relating to making it a penal offense for any person, agent, or employee of any firm or corporation to permit natural gas produced from any oil well to escape into the air, where there is a sufficient quantity ot such gas so escaping to be burned, without burning the same, or property taking care of it so as to prevent its escape into the air, shall be guilty of a criminal offense, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) mor more than one one hundred dollars ($100), or by confinement in the county jail for not less than thirty days nor more than six months.
