Relating to making it a penal offense for any person, agent, or employee of any person, firm, or corporation to break, remove, or destroy any metal seal, or any other seal, regardless of its kind or character, which has been placed upon any part of any oil and/or gas well, pipeline, loading rack, storage tank, refinery, or any connections thereto, by the Railroad Commission of Texas, through its duly authorized agents and employees, shall be guilty of a criminal offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in the sum of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25), nor more than one hundred dollars ($100), or by confinement in the county jail of not less than thirty days, nor more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
