Relating to providing for the calling of an election, to be held on the first monday of November, 1933, at which election, delegates are to be selected to convention, to be held in Austin, Texas, the House of Representatives, on the first Monday in December, 1933, after said date of election, to pass on an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which has been proposed by the Congress of the United States, for ratification by conventions in the several States.
