HB 740, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that every life insurance policy, providing for endowment, limited payment, retirement incone, life income, and similar life insurance policies hereafter sold in this State, shall provide that all premiums paid on said policies, over and above the ordinary premium charged by the same company or on ordinary life policy for the same amount on the same insured, shall be designated in said policy as investment deposit.
