Relating to fixing the term of office of school trustees of independent school districts, heretofore created by Special Acts of the Legislature, having the vote of seven (7) trustees, and have included within their boundaries, a city whose population was in excess of two hundred thousand, as shown by the last preceding Federal Census; adjusting the terms of office of trustees to conform to the provisions of this Act.
