Relating to fixing the jurisdiction of the Supreme court as amended by certain statute, so as to eliminate from said statute Subdivisions 4, 5, and 6, and giving the Supreme Court jurisdiction of the cases involving revenues of the State, cases in which the Railroad Commission is a party, and cases in which it is made to appear that an error of substantive law has been committed by a Court of Civil Appeals which affects the judgment in the case.
