HB 636, 43rd R.S.
Relating to abolishing all penalties heretofore charged on delinquent ad valorem State, county, city, and school taxes, and fixing the interest to be charged on such delinquent ad valorem taxes at the rate of 8 percent per annum, beginning with the fiscal year and the date on which such taxes became delinquent; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict therewith, and providing that the invalidity of one part of this Act shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.
