HB 568, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that in all sales of real estate made under powers conferred under any deed of trust or other contract lien, where the property which is to be sold constitutes the homestead of the grantor in said deed of trust, notice of such proposed sale shall be given by posting written notice thereof for one hundred and four (104) consecutive weeks prior to the day of sale, repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict therewith.
