Relating to amending certain statute relating to the powers of a corporation engaged in the oil and gas producing business by providing that a separate corporation shall be formed to conduct the gas pipeline business in a similar manner as required for the oil pipeline business; providing that if any portion of this Act be unconstitutional, the remainder shall be valid; providing for the repeal of all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.
