Relating to defining the offense of embezzlement by directors, officers, agents and attorneys at law or in fact, or incorporated companies or institutions, joint stock companies or voluntary associations, or money or property belonging to persons, firms, and corporations, other than the principal or employer of such director; prescribing the punishment therefor.
