Relating to providing for the depositing with the State Treasurer of all funds received by or belonging to to state departments, institutions, schools, colleges, universities, boards, bureaus, commissions, or other agencies of the State Government; prohibiting deposits other that with the State Treasurer; providing for penalties for violation of this Act, and fixing the venue of prosecutions in Travis County.
