HB 400, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that each individual, company, corporation, or association or receiver operating, managing, or controlling any telephone lien or lines or any telephones within this State, and charging for the use of same, shall make quarterly reports, under oath, showing separately the gross amount received from all local exchange business within this State, showing separately the gross amounts received from local exchange business in each exchange area within this State.
