HB 370, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that inadequacy of selling price alone, shall be sufficient ground for setting aside forced sales of real or personal property, and providing that the fact that any such property was sold at such sale for less than the unpaid balance of purchase money notes given for such property, or for less than the unpaid balance of purchase money notes given for such property, or for less than the unpaid balance of note or notes evidencing loans made on the security of such property, and interest and costs, shall be prima facie evidence that such sale was for an inadequate price or consideration, and providing that, if any part of this Act shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, the remainder shall, nevertheless, remain in full force.
