Relating to amending certain statute relating to granting license to practice law by adding thereto provisions that attorneys from other jurisdictions shall be required to pass the examination given to other applicants, with exception respecting participation by such attorneys in the trial or hearing of any particular case, wherein a resident, practicing attorney of Texas is actually employed, associated, and personally participating; repealing all laws in conflict.
