Relating to authorizing and establishing a quarantine against the movement or transportation of cattle, horses, mules, jacks, and jennets from certain counties in this State into, or through, other counties because of the prevalence of the fever-carrying tick, known as "mararopus annylatus," in the counties purposed to be quarantined.
