Relating to prohibiting the hunting, trapping, ensnaring, killing or possessing of any wild quail of any species within the limits of Commissioners Precinct Number 2 of the County of Karnes, State of Texas, for a period of five (5) years from and after the passage of this Act; providing a penalty thereof.
