Relating to empowering and requiring the commissioners courts of the various counties to require bonds of county and district officials, who are required by law to receive funds to be held in trust as a part of their official duties, and fixing the amount of and the conditions of said bonds and providing for the removal of officers who fail to give said bond, and repealing all laws in conflict therewith.
