Relating to creating a closed season upon wild deer, buck, doe, fawn or wild turkey for a period of five (5) years in the Counties of Anderson, Haskell, Henderson, Jones, Navarro, Shackelford, Throckmorton, Brown, and Coleman, in the State of Texas, making it unlawful for any person to hunt, trap, ensnare, kill, or attempt to kill by any means whatsoever, any wild deer, buck, doe, fawn or wild turkey within said Counties, for a period of five (5) years; providing a penalty therefor.
