Relating to permitting obligors on or for indebtedness representing unpaid purchase money for real estate to discharge such indebtedness by conveying such real estate to the holder or holders of such indebtedness in substantially as good state of improvement as such property was in when such indebtedness was created, making due allowance for ordinary wear and tear.
